Front desk staff is very rude. Takes over 7 months to get an appointment. They put you on waiting list and give you last minute canceled appointments and if you do your best and are a view minutes late to the last minute appointment that they give you they turn you away for being a few minutes late. Terrible office and terrible experience. If you have a very sick baby like I do this experience with this neurologist is your worst nightmare.
Dr. Basit knows what questions to ask. Some questions had me baffled as they seemed unimportant but she was able to diagnose my daughter where several other doctors failed. Grateful to have found her.

Dr Basit is wonderful. With kids it’s important to have great bedside manner, which she did. She was very thorough and spent so much time with us. I highly recommend her as a pediatric neurologist. Joe D in general is so wonderful!
