I really wish I could give more stars but this is the second time I get a manicure here and the end job isn't the best. Towards the end, it feels a bit rushed. The top coat both times have made the gel color look messy, it's either the top coat isn't dragged until the tip of the nail or the color itself gets ruined by the way the top coat is applied . Good for pedicures but when it comes to manicures they are very inconsistent. I went in for a gel fill which typically takes max 40 min at my usual spot and the nail tech took all of the builder gel off and hand filed/buffed my nails for 45 minutes, leaving them sore and paper thin. I asked her if she could please just paint them and she continued to file for another 10 min. The shape was laughably uneven and my nails beds were crying. I got a pedicure, and it felt like I was in heaven. I felt comfortable from the moment I dipped my feet in warm water. It was great to get a massage with a variety of products ranging from shampoo to scrub. The finish with a hotstone and a hot towel at the end was the best. During the proceedings, the staff took great care of any inconvenience. I really liked the pleasant facilities and fantastic service, so I'm planning to visit again.
Best pedicures ever!! They ate so clean and very nice.
