Very Upset. They charged my credit card 2x in error in March 2015. I called the very next day and informed them of the error. The owner Robert said no problem he would credit my card back on his credit card machine. Two weeks later I noticed that I never got the credit and then I called again and spoke again to the owner Robert. he stated that it was a problem with his "square" cc processing method and that he would have to call the company and figure out how to do it.
