The housing I live in is terrible. Black mold all over inside my unit. Our water bill is always close to 200.00 each mth. Used to be close to 300.00 a mth. They donot have central air in any unit so we have to run 3 ac units. Electric is thru Alliant so you can imagine paying over 300.00 every mth and same in winter. You can see the outside all around the only door on my unit. They told me it looks better than most units that they donot fix doors we have to hang blankets up to keep the outside air out.
