Waited for a month for part then it came in Monday but they couldnt get it in until Friday. Called Friday to reschedule for next week due to storms that never showed up. Monday is a holiday and now I dont know when the evaporator coil will be put in. Bought this ac system through these people and now because of warranty cant call someone else without voiding warranty. Have only had the unit for 2 years. Evidently need the warranty since its for 10 years and it looks like Im going to need it.
I wish I could give 0 stars but thats not an option. The ONLY reason I went with this company is because my home insurance company uses them and I didnt want to have to pay out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement. You literally have to chase them down or you wont get any work done. They simply just dont care. The office people are a joke they barely are keeping their heads above water. And it shows. Do not go with this company. They are a freaking JOKE!!
I signed a contract with them to replace ductwork, 1 st appointment came no one showed up no call, called them and was told there was a misunderstanding they thought it was something else, set 2nd appointment no one showed up no phone call I called them and was told they had to many calls to show up, was told they would do the work next week, very unprofessional and undetectable, appointments mean nothing to them
