PROPERTY MANAGEMENT A BUST! We hired Area Wide to manage our duplex in Sterling. The property is presently 100% occupied and Area Wide has collected the funds, but they have excuse after excuse why we have not successfully received any of the checks. They have 3 months worth of checks that belong to the landlord and they have not even faxed us a copy of our leases. We are at our wits end trying to get money our tenants have paid from this husband and wife team.
Area Wide Realty is First Rate The folks over at Area Wide Realty are really on the ball. Renee really listens to what you want, what you like and what you can afford. She doesn't waste your time taking you to see homes that dont fir your needs. Her staff is curtious and always ready to help. I wouldn't consider doing business with anyone else. Now she even has a great home stager to aid in the selling of homes.
