Reached out to Area Wide for replacement of a broken rear window on my truck. Emailed after hours and got a response the same evening with instructions to set up mobile service for the following day. Very competitive pricing and the work was done promptly. With other shops, mobile service wait time was up to a week. Technician was polite and professional, and the work was done efficiently. Would recommend highly and will use them again in the future for window replacement.
Dont let the rating and reviews fool you. Seemed like a great deal quickly turned unprofessional when tech didnt show and owner sent a text accusing my wife of turning installer away, who was at work at time. We attempted to contact owner both calls and text, never responded. The tech confirmed went to wrong address. Seems like 3rd party installers and contractors on call.
