Kyle will take care of you! Great service, friendly, and NO UPSELLING! He was able to tell me about how mold growth works and put my mind at ease about our AC’s performance and safety. Amazing people! We had somewhat of an emergency (to us) and Kyle came over straight away to take a look at our AC unit. Got here quickly and made necessary repairs in no time. Upon inspection, showed us where our gas valve was leaking on our furnace, we gave Daniel a call he answered and said he could come out the next day, was wrapping up a job. Last Sunday night I discovered I had a broken water line by the meter near the road. I called Area Wide and Daniel answered the phone. He drove from Rusk to my house after dark and fixed the leak. The service was good and had a good attitude despite having to come out on a Sunday night. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Daniel and Sam showed up quickly to our home for an underground leak. These guys are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all, just good guys. Thank you Daniel.
