Absolute waste of time and so unprofessional. Having a past shouldn't automatically disqualify you and talk to someone in private about their background check, you don't have to go into full detail about it and make someone feel even worse about their situation! Completely uncalled for! At least I'm trying to better myself and my past has been over 10 years!!

UPDATE 5/1: i received a call from Mike who would rather go back and forth about me responding not interested to their job than actually finding people jobs. I wish i could remove my info from their site. They are spamming me with jobs that dont fit the profile they have you create.
