I would most definitely recommend Area Storage for all your storage needs. The facility is well kept and maintained. It is very accessible & very user friendly when setting up account.
I leased a space April 21 charged 75$. Got charged then paid 150$ plus a late fee 25$ on May 9th. Had all my stuff moved Monday May 12. 225$ for less than a month use. No reimbursement of any kind.
I opened account thought I would need a unit in Carlton Mn. Changed my mind they refuse to give me my 59.00 refund. I've been calling leaving voice mail emails refuse to respond. I've contacted attorney for legal charges. Been well over a week almost 2 they refuse to respond or refund my 59.00. This company is a fraud DISRESPECTFUL
