I was looking for a storage facility in Carlton and Area StoragePro checked all the boxes...competitive prices, clean, and conveniently located. Can't go wrong!
I was moving and needed to store just a few things and called. Shirley answered right away and was helpful, they also have a storage sizing guide online. I chose a 5x10 unit over a 10x10 unit and actually completed the whole rental online. When I got to the storage facility I used my code and moved into the unit without needing to deal with anyone. Very easy to work with! Very responsive.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company, by far. They don't answer phone calls, or return calls. We rented a spot for our camper, but had to change spots as the spots were not empty. After we moved to the second spot (which took several days of leaving messages to get anyone to call us back), we were told we'd receive a credit for the first month.
