We live in Hobart and pass an Area Sheet metal billboard all the time. When we realized there was a rebate through the city, we decided to look into a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. Every year both of our appliances need servicing because they’re SO old. Out of most of the businesses in the area, they had the best reviews. I had spoken with Mike. He was so polite. The crew arrived promptly when stated and got straight to work. They were very professional and caring about the property. They explained how everything worked and how to take care of the furnace and air conditioner.
