Absolutely not. 2 workers were contracted through my rental company to come out and the workers were given a master key to my home. They knocked once and decided to just come into our home uninvited while attempting the second knock. Didn’t even give my husband or I enough time to come downstairs to open the door for them. Our 3 YOUNG kids were downstairs in the living room. In no way shape or form was this appropriate. His excuse was he thought no one was home. Excuse me sir, there were TWO cars in our drive way.
