Using hot pads today but also use Zillow I constantly see area rentals that won't let you see the property the one today had no photos they don't obey the California law that went in place last year that if you rent you only pay one month security deposit they made this law so that people can get off the streets and don't have to collect the thousand dollars to get into a place. Recently applied for a very nice home through area rentals and the process was very easy and the lady's helping me were very kind and helpful fingers 🤞 we get approved
Reading these reviews makes me sad. For me personally I have had a great experience with them. The women who has helped me with trying to get a home has been beyond kind and helpful. I have asked her so many questions and instead of blowing me off she has helped and answered them. I truly cannot wait to rent a home through them! I hope others can feel and have the same experiences as me and my family!
Won't accept Edd but takes food stamps and cash aid towards income.Make it make sense. Told me I could use unemployment for income just to tell me they can't the next day.
