We went with Mike and Kathy to sell our home after recommendations from several friends. We tried to sell it ourselves first but quickly realized we didn't know what we were doing. Mike and Kathy came right away and helped us get our house on the market. We sold during COVID and we incurred many delays with appraisals and USDA approval for our buyers mortgage. I highly recommend Area One! Mike and Kathy were very helpful through the entire process. They offered suggestions and pointed us in the right direction in regards to getting our old house prepared for selling. Melissa was equally helpful and professional. Buying the new house was a smooth transition. I couldn't have asked for better realtors. I also appreciate their presence in the community

Mike and Kathy are knowledgeable, honest, patient and sincere. They took wonderful pictures and did a fabulous job when marketing my home. Mike informed me weekly of my home’s activity, as well as, feedback each time it was shown. Kathy patiently helped in our search of a new home and if she or Mike were unavailable Melissa addressed our wants and needs. I will always turn to Area One for all my real estate needs.
