Maintenance cannot fix almost anything properly, and unless the office sends an outside contractor,whatever issue you have will likely be left unaddressed and neglected by Maintenance. Put in a work order for my non functional windows upon moving into my home here and was told "they dont work, dont use them" by Maintenance. No kidding? That was what i called you for. Hello park Forest and Area J cooperative. Here visiting from out of town and Just wanted to know out of all the beautiful landscaping and gardens, why was address/unit 237 JUNIPER ST have a “Beautification Winner” sign in her yard?🤔 just curious on who did she pay in the area J office to get that sign. The yard is hideous. Looks like a Chicago west side alley garden.
