Drive yourself to the hospital. Tonight I called for a friend and they took 20+ minutes for them to arrive, the paramedics got an attitude with me when they stopped to talk to me instead of helping my friend. And than yelled at me in my own home. Than they called the cops in because the paramedic who yelled at me in my own home had a vibe about me. I am also filing a complaint with the relevant state departments.
3am on July 4th my husband had to call 911 for me because I was unconscious unable to wake up, I am a diabetic. The 2 paramedics, from what I was told and what little I remember, were very kind, caring, patient & professional from pickup to hospital delivery. Last August I had to call 911 for my husband, he had abdominal pain and wanted an ambulance he just had a feeling things were going to go south and they did.
