After sitting in the ER for almost 2 hours I found out the EMT admitted my fiancee as general weakness when she is in grave condition. In these 2 hours her condition has deteriorated dramatically. Next time call an Uber.
Hannah and Makayla took great care of me today when taking me to the hospital from my group home. I fell today and they took excellent care of me from providing comfort care and talking through things
This is the worst service in the state of Iowa. The workers are very unprofessional when they are posted up around town and just like to kick their feet on the dash. Not to mention, most of them think they own the roads. Please drive yourself to the hospital instead of calling 911 in the area of Marion/Cedar Rapids. Driver was not paying attention and hit another 2 vehicles. But do you think that they are held to the same standards? Oh no, it’s all washed under the rug. Don’t have an emergency in Area Ambulance territory. Note: they turned on their lights after they hit this car.
Drive yourself to the hospital. Tonight I called for a friend and they took 20+ minutes for them to arrive, the paramedics got an attitude with me when they stopped to talk to me instead of helping my friend. And than yelled at me in my own home. Than they called the cops in because the paramedic who yelled at me in my own home had a vibe about me. I am also filing a complaint with the relevant state departments.
