🇺🇲📜🗽Ignorance in the Professional community of Hot Springs,AR never ceases to amaze me. On Aug. 21st, 2023 when calling this service I spoke to a Case Worker by the name of Karen. As God is my witness this ignorant and lower class female was in fact extremely rude & disrespectful to a 65 year old Senior Citizen who was calling this organization for the first time, seeking assistance.
