I had my elevator installed in May 2024 as a part of an addition to my house. Christopher Jarvis and his team were wonderful to work with, making a complex process smooth and easy. Ordering all the way through installation was flawless. The elevator's been a Godsend, allowing to move about my home with ease. This is the place to come if you're looking for an elevator in the Tidewater.
Our experience with the Norfolk staff of Area Access has been outstanding, starting with our trip to the showroom. The sales team was patient, professional, and very understanding of an apprehensive couple who needed a stairlift. The installation went very well, and the stairlift was a tremendous help.
