I had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC company and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. First, they were over two hours late for my appointment and never bothered to call or notify me about the delay. I had to be the one to follow up with them, which is not how a company should treat its customers. They just installed a new upper unit for us, and we couldn't be happier. The guys who came out were awesome. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced! Highly recommend.

Yesterday, I contacted Area 757 Heating & Cooling because the AC at my office had stopped working. The building used to be a bank and it was very hot. A customer I met with that day suggested that I call them. I spoke with the owner, Tori, who tried to fit me into his schedule yesterday, but I didn't want to be a bother. Tori was very warm and professional. He explained the cost and what he could do for me. After speaking with him, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Area 757 Heating & Cooling is a VERY PROFESSIONAL Company. As soon as I called and spoke with Tori on the Monday before Thanksgiving he asked a few questions and said I will see you later today. He actually called earlier and fit me in. I was so thankful because it was just 4 days before Thanksgiving and I had guests coming. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand.
