Stay away from this …..I was customer for a few years then this year I had a knee surgery and I informed i will let my boat stay there for one more month so I call to pick up my boat ahead to let them know iI would pick up my boat by June 2 so I took my boat June 2 a couple days later I found out they charge me for the whole month of June. I called, but there was no answer because they were on vacation. After a month they finally responded to my message stating they don’t refund money and I told them it is not fair.
When you call, it goes right to a VM, and I left an email weeks ago with no response. They advertise that they rent space for RVs, but then they claim they don't accept RVs in spring or summer, only in winter. They also don't allow you to ever have access to your unit while it's stored there, which is very strange. You aren't allowed access to your unit; you are having something stored there?? Customer service was very short and seemed unwilling to answer all questions, as if you were bothering them
