Desi and A51 ROCK!!! Desi has worked on my back piece for the better part of two years. I'ts phenomenal and has already been featured in Skin and Ink magazine. She's now done two more tattoos above each foot and is going to fill out my shoulder and upper arm work. Desi, Khalid and Joe make up the best tattoo parlor in the country as far as I'm concerned. I go to see Desi four times ayear and have about 40 hours of tattooing from her. And I live in Minnesota!!!

3rd place I interviewed, only place I'll go. Just got my first tattoo from A51. I went to 2 other parlors before this and never had a good feeling about getting something I've wanted done for over 10 years. I gave Joe my ideas and requirements for a piece of work that was going to be on my body for life. Great piercing! I just got my navel pierced today by Desi and she did an great job. She talked me through it and made sure I was breathing and not freaking out too badly. I would definitely come back to area 51 for any other work I wanted done.
Clean, affordable, creative, talented, friendly staff For my birthday I decided to get a tattoo with my two best friends. Because this would be our first, we did our homework and check out a few parlors. We came across Area 51 and boy I am glad we did. Totally professionals! . What an amazing experience. Area 51 is definitely the place to get your tattoo. Professional, spotlessly clean, and gorgeous art. Khalid did an amazing job. I have a three-month-old tattoo that people think is fresh out of the bandage. (Sani derm is your friend!)
