The piercer did not pierce my ears on the spot that was marked, so he pierced my ears incorrectly. When I came in to get a consultation regarding the issue, they were very rude about it. Just give me back my money if this is such an inconvenience. How are you going to pierce at the wrong spot even though it was marked and then have an attitude with the customer when they get upset about the incorrect piercing placement.

partially thru my sleeve. I was excited at the beginning, but as time went on realized it's just not developing the way I wanted it to. It's ok as a tattoo shop just not very impressed. Will continue my search

I liked this place, the guy was very nice, told him over the phone that my nose piercing i had gotten two days ago at a different location had fallen out, I couldn't get it back in, he said they can take a look at it, walked in the lady helped me she got it right back in and everything was a quick and easy process♡ thank you guys sm, I appreciate the help ^^ very very nice people<3 only rate it at a 4 because I haven't personally got a peircing form there **yet**😁

Was hoping to leave a 5 start review. Unfortunately I drove all the way here with my daughters for it to be under remodeling. Their website said open very inconvenient
