I got my nostril pierced here and had to take it out almost immediately. It was pierced completely incorrectly and angled way too far forward. The back of the post was practically hanging out of my nose. I am not sure how the piercer messed that up because my other nostril is already pierced and she only had to match it. I’ve been pierced here before with no issue so I am not sure what happened, but I probably won’t risk it again. The receptionist was amazing, though. I bring my son here to get his piercings with taco! I trust her and she keeps him calm and comfortable throughout the process. Tacos amazing! Graciela has wonderful customer service.

The only good thing about my experience was that the piercer was very nice. I went in for nipple piercings after hearing about their special pricing. When I got to the front desk, the employee gave me the total, and I asked if the piercings were still $10. She told me they were now $25 each. She then asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the piercer, and I said yes. When she asked how much, I said $5. I waited for my turn, and when I was getting pierced, my friend was out in the lobby. So fast, friendly and professional. The piercer chick was so quick and has been doing this over 15 years. Definitely will be going back as soon as I can for more.
