We are traveling thru Liberty Lake, WA for one night (Saturday) only and our kitchen rug got caught in our wall slide …… with no exterior access …… The only mobile RV service open on weekends in the greater Spokane area is Are Vee in a Fix! Jerry answered my call and arrived in 35 minutes to help get the rug out! Then insured all mechanisms were in working order. We so appreciate having someone available n weekends while traveling!!!

Jack is the worst! First, he was to inspect the work done recently on a newly installed a/c unit and he went right to work on the factory installed one finding issues that did not exist. He never told me about travel fees and so I was charged $450 for less than an hours work. I only had $400 on me so he greedily accepted that amount. THEN, he was supposed to check out my shower and a leak underbelly but left without doing so. I want to add, he goes to AZ in the winter, so he should have told me upfront he would not have time... read more
