Professional excellent service
Rick was so helpful after damage done during a storm. He explained everything he was doing and gave me an accurate timeline of when repairs would be made and how much it would cost.
I dealt with ARE when both of my daughters needed electrical work done. I acted as a coordinator of both jobs. ARE representative Rick was very pleasant to deal with. He thoroughly explained what the problems were and what needed to be done in order to get the problem corrected. Rick answered every question I ask and sent visual pictures to help me understand. Extremely Disappointed — 0/10 If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that my money was not handled fairly. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to take responsibility for the company’s actions. Customers should not have to feel like they are being taken advantage of, especially when they have paid for a service and expect professionalism and quality in return.
