UPDATE: The owner refunded my client the cost of one dumpster for the inconvenience--- Worst experience ever!! I have 5 guys standing around waiting to load promised dumpsters. This is after we called an complained. They asked what they could do to make it right, and now they failed to deliver on that.

After a rocky star we finally all arrived on the same page. They were able to accommodate a very trying time in my line of work were there were multiple dumpster swaps happening of variable sizes. Seems we go up and down few good weeks few bad weeks. Forgotten or missed pickups. Fluids like oil and Hydraulic all over my pads which were very clean and neat when they took over. The good is Roll Off Service Those guys are on it!

The service has greatly improved with CWS taking over Ards.

Ard's Container gives horrible service. I highly recommend using another company. I pay for once a week service and hardly ever get that. You can never reach anyone because they communicate mostly through email or an operator who doesn't work for the company (just relays messages to them). I've given this company several chances. I should not have to contact them to dump my container, that is what they get paid to do. I run a childcare facility that is not good for my curb appeal.
