Shady, terrible.. TIZIANA PELLIGRINI AND ARDOR SUCK. I WILL NEVER USE EITHER AGAIN IF THEY ARE THE LAST BROKER/BROKERAGE ON EARTH! THEY DESERVE A BIG FAT ZERO! Made me waste time on an apt I loved telling me the landlord accepted my offer (which I have in writing mind you) and then playing games over the course of almost two weeks only to find out apt was rented to another person who paid 3 months in advance. First she said landlord accepted my $100 less on rent offer and that they need good faith deposit "to close this.." f... read more
best broker ever I have spent a lot of time working with shady brokers. I met a great one here at Ardor named Blake Ginther. He was honest, patient, and took me to see the sort of apartments I wanted in the price range I wanted. I literally took the second apartment he showed me as it was perfect. There is a steep broker fee, but that is expected it in NYC.
