I have a rare disease and unfortunately have had to deal with a lot of specialty pharmacies over the last 6 years. Ardon Health is by far the nicest and most helpful. I wish I could fill all of my medications with them. Thank you!
Used to think they did an amazing job. Today they called me to tell me insurance is not helping more than $72 towards a medication that will cost me over $2k a month. So here Iam on a medication they have put me on, that iam going to have extreme difficulties going without. Obviously they don’t control the inhumane pricing of medication here. This has been the most thorough pharmacy experience in my life. I am grateful not only for the important medication I’m receiving, but also the opportunity to talk to skillful, courteous people.
Started the interaction by misgendering me and mispronouncing my name. I hate that this is the only pharmacy my insurance will allow me to fill a literal chemotherapy for my stage 4 cancer through. My previous insurance let me fill this same medication through the cancer center pharmacy. Now I have to waste time setting up my data with yet another 3rd party.
