Super bothered that my hair was over 400.00 and smell like corn chips. I can't get it installed after waiting for it through the mail because it has to be washed AGAIN.... update , just washed it and everything i climbed my fingers thru it, i come out with hair. Pray to god this is not some bad bundles. So far I'm bothered for sure Update: they let me exchange it and gave me what I'm use to having. Beautiful soft, non smelly hair. Thank you team and i appreciate you all. Customer service is everything. Yall nailed that 🥰
So the quality of this hair is now TRASH … been ordering for YEARS and I’m very sad to say I bought my birthday hair from here and I was sooo disappointed it was sooo nappy I had to take it down but I didn’t want to because the hair was $700 and the install was $250 so waste of $950 couldn’t enjoy my hair because it kept napping up and tangling ugh how embarrassing!
Second time I’ve been here the first time was ok and this time was horrible! I was basically asked for my id after watching two other customers pay without id ! I guess I didn’t look like I could afford the hair lol .. jokes Will take my business elsewhere because with this purchase and my other one I spent over 800 in here . That’s all
Hair is always in stock. Great hair. Reasonable prices. I always refer my clients to this company for hair.
