I will never sign a lease here again due to the following issues: Roaches The gate was broken 24/7 Poor customer service Unnecessary additional fees My deposit was never returned, naturally. My old roommate was allowed to break our lease prematurely with no consequences. This forced me to pay for everything by myself since they didn't allow me to leave without destroying my credit.
