Ardmore is the BEST! They are always so informative and make you feel valued no matter what the issue. Brian came out to do our annual cleaning maintenance of our new furnace we purchased last year (great pricing and great install) and made sure we were ready for winter! I had a very disappointing experience dealing directly with Rob, the owner of this company. Rob came to my home to discuss a steam boiler installation, took my email address, and told me he would send over a proposal. More than a week went by, and after calling to follow up on the estimate, I still had not received anything. I eventually received a message from his mother apologizing for not having sent the estimate and advising me to move forward with another company. Ardmore Fresh Air replaced our AC unit quickly and efficiently last year. Has been working like a charm. The two young men did a great job . Did have an issuer with the thermostat and Mary talked me through changing the battery…she is great as well.
