I have had my dogs cared for at Ardmore Animal since its first days with Dr. Bianco. I would go nowhere else. But, at this time of my life, now on Social Security, it would be helpful to have a special rate for the treatment of my four rescues. Something for the new owners to consider.
I took my previous cat Snickers here until she passed. Yesterday I brought my new cat Spitz in due to lack of appetite and strange behavior. All safety precautions were followed safely due to Coronavirus. I called when I arrived and then the technician came out for Spitz while I waited outside. Unfortunately Spitz was not a good patient. She is very feisty and not good with strangers. I apologize and will make sure she is medicated if she needs to be seen in the future. Very professional, kind and caring doctors and staff. I work in healthcare at Penn so I am clearly aware of the standards and continue to be impressed with the care, operations and professionalism. Have had two West Highland White Terriers cared by the team for over 13 years.
I have taken my dogs to Ardmore for more than 20 years as both a rescue foster mom and as an adoptive mom to at least twelve that stayed. Everyone there is a first-rate professional from the doctors to the technicians and front-desk personnel. They truly care about the companion animals who are brought there.
