I'm taking my 5 star review back. Dr. Rohani was great but since Mary left, I've been struggling to get a referral. I was put on hold by Cristina with apparently no intention to pick up. I'm tired of dealing with this. It's been over a month since I've first requested a referral which my specialist says needs to be done through a portal called Availity. I was told someone from the doctor's office just needs to enter my membership no. and my info will show up. They just need the authorization no. It's not rocket science! I ... read more
Dr. Rohani is a genuinely kind, caring and experienced physician. Ive been a longtime patient that has come in every once in a while over the years but recently had a very stressful complicated situation and needed his expertise more. Where many other providers with fancy titles and offices failed to help me or understand my condition, Dr. Rohani offered the help I needed. My first visit with Dr. Rohani was a very positive experience. He took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns and questions, review my labs, make the referrals, and write my prescriptions. I never felt rushed, and his recommendations were thoughtful and professional. Just as impressive as the doctor was the office staff, who were extremely efficient. They got me in quickly and handled everything I needed with courtesy and care. I didn’t have to wait, and they brought me in right away, which is very rare in this town.
I’m so grateful to have Dr. Rohani as my doctor. I’ve been seeing him for almost four years, and I truly appreciate his compassion, dedication, and the genuine care he has for my heart and my overall well-being. He always takes the time to listen, makes me feel comfortable, and truly cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a doctor who is compassionate, caring, and genuinely dedicated to his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Rohani. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor!
Excellent doctor and an outstanding office! The doctor is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to listen and address concerns. The front desk staff are always friendly, professional, responsive, and very helpful. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
