We rented a 1 bedroom apartment from 2024 to the end of June of 2025 and they were very courteous and timely with all notices posted. Joule and Donavan were superstars when it came to any questions needing answered about tenancy and property in general. We finished our lease in May of this year but when we couldn’t get keys to our new house yet we ended up renting on the per month basis and the process was very straightforward for us to extend our stay by a month. Comfortable apartments in a central location, with amazing management and maintenance team. We enjoyed our 3 years at Ardenwood.
