Ardent was one of the three companies I decided to get an estimate from for my roof to be reshingled. I called them first and talked to Derek, he seemed great and personable and I was excited at the potential opportunity to work with him. He told me he'd have an estimate together within the next two days. I didn't get a call at all. We had new shingles installed last year. We have been happy through the winter and summer so far. The shingle options they provided were very fair and competitive. They answered all my questions and were not into pushy sales tactics. Easy to deal with staff. They recommended extra attic vents and spaced them evenly so they did not look out of place. Cleaned up after the work was complete.
