Incomplete work. Sporadic communication at best. Hack job subcontractors (electrician who didn’t test his work, drywallers that did sub par quality work when they bothered to show up) take your money elsewhere.
This company is amazing. My sump pump failed, and I sent them a message via Facebook explaining my situation and they were out to help the same day. Andy has a great extent of knowledge of all things moisture, mold, and restoration and truly took his time to tell us a ton of information on why/what/when. Answered all of my questions and provided me with tips on things I can do myself.
