I don't recommend living in any place managed by this company. Service is poor and they love fees when you move out.
Your property management has made serious accusations for making such false statements on fraud. I will take legal action for making such claims. You should remove all my personal info as I will be raising a formal complaint to your stackholders.
Slumlords. Had a dog in & out of an apartment for 2 months & was charged 51 months of pet rent (the entire time the apartment was leased). SLUM LORDS.
We’ve submitted a request for this multiples times. They canceled our requests and then marked them as “completed” after doing absolutely nothing. Our ceiling is falling apart and water has been leaking from it. I called multiples times as well and they never even transferred me to the right person to get in contact with. Earlier this year our basement flooded due to our pipes bursting and they added over $2000 onto our portal for us to pay for the damages. I moved out nearly a year ago and am still dealing with this horrible company! Upon my move out, I was charged fees and expenses that were not the results of my time in the unit. After a multiple email exchange in which I outlined (with photo proof) why the charges were not reasonable, they never replied. Now, nearly a year later, they are threatening me with putting the debt on my credit record. Absolutely STAY AWAY from Ardent.
