We have been with Ardent Properties Inc. since 2018. We really enjoy working with our strata manager, Alex Zhou. He always replies quickly, knows his stuff, and is super professional. Communication is easy and efficient, and he stays on top of any issues that come up. He’s also done a great job handling our strata’s finances. Overall, it’s been a great experience working with him!

I wanted to give special recognition today to Chad Boyes who is a strata property manager with Ardent.
