Alex is amazing! Year over year he’s saved us more in insurance (and similar) fees than they’ve ever charged us. As a result, their services have essentially been at negative cost. Absolutely amazing
My application was denied due to my being uncomfortable sharing my bank information, or disclosing my finances with them. They stated "The tenant screening process has been put on hold due to some complications with your application. According to your previous email on July 31st, you indicated that you were not comfortable sharing information about your savings.
