We’ve had a great experience working with our strata manager, Alex Zhou. He is incredibly quick to respond, consistently knowledgeable, and always professional. His efficiency and clear communication make every interaction easy and productive. Any issues are promptly followed up on and he has done wonders in managing our strata’s financials.
