Our Strata complex in Cosgrove crescent Nanaimo has been with Ardent properties for over 14 years,and have maintained an open relationship, we have had various managers dealing with our strata over the years. Alex Zhou, our present manager, has been very helpful,maintains great communication with our council and follows through expeditiously with matters arising. As a council member he is great to work with.
