Had the pleasure of meeting the nastiest nurse on planet earth. Horrible communication methods, No oxygen supplies for life support equipment, basically told to remove parent from hospice it wasn’t needed, medications no filled for enough days. My parent has a terminal lung disease not a cold as we were told. Currently exploring other hospice providers in the area. If this agency comes just shut the door.

They managed pain effectively, provided emotional guidance, and treated us all with dignity. Their professionalism and empathy made a difficult time much more bearable.
