TL;DR: couldn't figure out if I was getting scammed because they couldn't give me any information other than the amount that I owed. They've called me several times and left voicemails with no information about why they're calling. This is especially confusing because I've never heard of Ardent Health. I called them back today to see what the voicemails could possibly be about (just to make sure I don't get sent to collections over something I forgot).
