I was fraudulently charged by a hospital and they used this company as a middle man to bill me.
I would give 0 if I could. Better keep all documentation of all bills, and for a long time. They sent bill/letter, "by mistake", one year after it was paid, Another bill 1 1/2 years after paid, just random, and added to MyChart as well. Having to go through whole ridiculous steps to get it cleared up. Beware. Don't just assume you owe bills received from them.
