The healthcare is fine. The customer service and billing departments are embarrassingly horrible. It’s not necessarily the individuals that are the problem. I think it’s the system, how things are set up, etc..
Can we please fire Marty already. He completely botched the 2023's cyber attack. He botched the stock rollout. Time for change. I think it's better if the company does it. Of not, hopefully he gets Luigied like the healthcare CEO did.
I agree with everyone else saying Ardent is a questionable fraud company when it comes to the patients accounts. My bill was paid August 25, 2025 by Blue Shield of California and these jerks keep sending me past due notices.
Representative from Ardent continuously lied about an imaginary "updated" EOB from my insurance company. After sending in documentation and chat logs from my insurance company showing a zero balance, they still sent the bill to collections. Nothing short of fraud.
