I have had two opportunities to work with Arden. Both times Agent Daniel Spacek made confirmed appointments on Central Showing. The first time he showed up about 45 min after the allotted time with no reschedule no contact. The second time he just didnt show at all. Blamed his clients for his inability to make a courteous call. Both times we made arrangements away from our employment or family needs. I certainly hope other Agents for Arden are more professional.
