One of the best CrossFit gyms I've trained at! The community is a great mix of competition style athletes and average joe's who simply love getting a good sweat in. Being new to Stafford and knowing NOONE I knew if I found the right crossfit I would feel at home and that is what I’ve experienced with Ardent. Leading up to me signing up Ryan was very helpful and welcoming. Now that I’m an official member I can say that I’m glad I found them! The coaches are amazing and the facility is beautiful. Thank you Ardent for all your support
Signed my daughter ( 8/yo) up for the youth program and she has been in love since! The coaches and atmosphere is extremely welcoming and inspiring. I ended up signing up for myself as well and have no regrets! Highly recommended.
