Nice gym, looks like what a CrossFit gym should look like. Open, spacious, clean, friendly atmosphere. Coach Brandon is the best!
Just started back CrossFit and have been going here! The coaches are so awesome and they really work with their members to make sure they’re doing their best for them! The atmosphere is great! The workouts are very well set up and really pushes you!
I highly recommend this gym. Honestly can't think of anything they could do to improve. Coaches are knowledgeable, atmosphere of the gym is good, class times are convenient, and the app for scheduling is easy to use.
I dropped into Ardent this past week, and it was a great experience! The coaches were great and the owner was helpful and friendly. The equipment was also well kept and the gym was clean. I didn’t get to talk to the members too much but it seemed very communal. Definitely will be back when I’m in town again!
