Ardent Credit Union is by far the worst financial institution you'd ever NOT want to trust your money with! I've been a member with them since 2015, in which since then, they have gone way downhill. They purposely allow transactions to go through knowing you don't have enough $$ to cover it and then charge you $32, EVERY TIME, even if it's negative $0.01! Had a fraudulent check issue and Marcy in the Risk Dept. and Joy at the Blue Bell office took care of the issue quickly and I appreciate their concern and banking talents, thanx to both!
Joy Cooper is the BEST!! Joy goes above and beyond to help the customers. Joy is always calm and pleasant and happy to help. Joy returns phone calls quicker than I would ever expect and I have honestly never had such wonderful customer service as Joy Cooper provides - Ardent is lucky to have such a valuable employee! Thank you Joy for your wonderful customer service!!!!
This credit union offers almost absolutely no benefits versus almost every other CU or bank out there and have barely any locations anywhere making it extremely inconvenient and difficult when you need to go to a branch because one of their incompetent online customer service reps refused to assist you, not to mention they PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY!!! They CONSTANTLY disable/lock your card & by MISTAKE (so they say), if you buy too much in a day, ESPECIALLY EVERY DECEMBER.. December is Xmass, so WHO DOES NOT SPEND MORE during the... read more
