I've lived at Arden Town Apartments for the last 5 years and I had a great experience. Patrick is a good landlord who truly cares for his tenants. He even hosts themed parties with prizes and food/drinks during the holidays. If you need literally anything he is very responsive on email/text or you can always stop by the office. The property itself is well kept up and they're always updating it. I've never felt unsafe at this property, there are cameras everywhere and the gate system works as it should.
