Run Forrest Run!! Fast away from this place, horrible maintenance, they make excuses for everything and basically call you a liar when you report things. We pay way to much money to live here. Not worth it!!
I live here. The place is old and requires a lot of maintenance. That's not so much of a problem because most things are fixable. The problem is you can't get maintenance to follow up on your requests. Currently waiting a week for frig to be looked at. Now have food rotting in frig with water dripping from top of frig leaking water. Been here a year and not once have i received a phone call as they state will happen, not once have they ever responded without a second reminder. Terrible service is standard for this location.
