Took a 6yr old stallion in to be gelded and he died within 24 hours of being released. He was perfectly fine going in, when he got released he was still wobbly and we questioned his release. He went down on the trailer in their parking lot and they wouldn’t let us try and get him out and up again. They told us to let him ride home like that and pull him out at our farm, well we did. He never got up again.

RecommendedI want to be quite honest and say that our family has used Arden South since the day the horse clinic opened. Every horse I have owned, since that time and my daughter rode as a San Angelo Rodeo Association Ambassador is and was cared for and maintained by Dr. Wheeler and Dr. Stevens. Then Dr. Inman, who came later, operated on our dog and also takes care of our horses. They have been loyal to our needs at midnight on Saturday after the rodeo or on a Sunday morning at 8:00 am. The vets are very knowledgeable and professional so no problems there. My problem is that when my immunocompromised senior mother took her cat to the vet, the staff were not wearing masks, despite Governor Abbott’s statewide mask mandate. We won’t be going back, which is unfortunate.

RecommendedFirst time there today for my deaf dog who has a spinal Injury.. the vet who saw my dog truly cared about his pain and just wanted him to get on some meds ASAP.. They do not do unnecessary procedures or unnecessary charges! just left there and only had to pay $50 and that's including his meds!!! I highly recommend this place for your pet!!

RecommendedI had such a great experience at Arden Road Animal Clinic today! Our poor Gus was bitten by a rattlesnake this morning. After being turned away from the vet clinic I had been using, Arden road assured me they would be able to treat him. The staff was awesome and treated us with urgency. This will be our new clinic now!
