Zero Stars, but I had to pick something just to get my review out here. I took my old dog to be put down last Tuesday. The workers in this office are liars. First off my dog died in my arms and was not euthanized. I was told that charge would go towards my cremation bill. I called Friday because that's the day I was told her ashes would be ready, the lady on the line was rude and said I had to wait for a call. Took my 5-month-old cat to the vet because he was acting strange and not like himself and later that day, we found out he had 2 ear infections and an upper respiratory infection nothing major. He was fine the rest of that day then the next day comes, and I wake up and come out my room to go see him and he looks very different and looks like he is going to die I don't know why though he was perfectly fine the day before besides the ear infection and respiratory diagnosis, we just think it's part of the medicine taking affect ... read more
