I've had nothing but good experiences with this property. My apartment was ready on time and is very quiet and convenient for me and my family. The staff have always been very helpful. Overall, I'd recommend it.
The staff is so kind, my husband I have been treated so well throughout the rental process. you have to remember when looking at reviews people only tend to review the bad side of things.
A Sh*tstorm to say the least. Don't come here to overpay for paper thin walls, shoddy construction throughout the entire place, and never count on the central air. I lived at a place for half the price here and was WAY happier. DONT DO IT
Prior to moving to Arden Ridge, I was having trouble with a crazy land lady and looking for somewhere that I wouldn't have to deal with any hassels. Arden seemed to be just the place at first because the staff was so nice. However, things changed pretty fast. Two days after giving them my postdated deposit check, the deposited it 2 1/2 weeks early and told me there was nothing they could do about it.
