Please read this before you rent this property. Arden Pointe is the worst appartment in the entire state of Maryland in my opinion. I lived on this property from November 2016 till November 2017 (1 year lease term). Here are the highlights of all my experience. 1. The property is considered a gated community but gates are never closed. People from all over come lingering around property. In fact, someone was killed in his car on this property in 2017 or so.
