Don’t expect them to fix anything having to do with your yard. The landscaping done to my house was completely done half assed and I have major drainage issues causing a large pool of standing water to form. There is a drainage pipe that runs underneath my backyard and they refuse to tap into that with a drain like my neighbors have. House is wonderful.
